What this site collects.
The early-access form keeps what you choose to send. Separate page counts measure visits without identifying visitors.
What we keep.
If you leave your email address: the address, the date and time you sent it, and which page of ours the box was on. If you chose to send the words you typed in the job box, those too. That is the whole list for the early-access form.
Page counts.
Page counts record only the date, a fixed page name, and a broad source such as search or direct. They keep no name, email, letter text, full referring address, network address, browser identifier or cookie.
Who holds it.
What you leave is stored with the database company we use, and the site is served by a hosting company. Like any web host, it keeps ordinary server records, such as network addresses, for a short time to run and protect the site. To stop one person flooding the box, our own code holds a network address in memory for up to ten minutes and never writes it down. We don't use any of this to find out who you are.
What we use it for.
Your early-access details are used to send your sign-in link when your account opens, and occasionally how the build is going. Separate page counts help us see which pages people visit.
Getting removed.
Write to hello@hellodaymaker.com and say "remove". We delete your address and anything attached to it within three days.

The letter tool.
The letter tool assembles your entries in your browser. Its fields and draft are not sent to Daymaker or saved by the tool. Copying or downloading saves a copy where you choose. The early-access form is separate and follows the rules above.
